Free Member for Years but Charged $180

Hi,

 

I sent a message through the help/support center but never received a response. I have been a dropbox member since the early 2010s. The free account included added storage for every referral who signed up. For reasons unbeknownst to I was charged $180 for the annual subscription. 

 

  • I AM SEEKING TO HAVE MY FREE MEMBERSHIP REINSTATED AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF $180.
  • THE WITHDRAWAL HAS LEFT ME SHORT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.
  • IF THIS IS NOT REMEDIED THEN I WILL BE LATE ON MY MORTGAGE.
  • PLEASE RESPOND IN THE ASAP.
