Dropbox business advanced unlimited space activation
I activated the business advanced trial, but unfortunately the space is limited to 3Tb.
I really need to upload more files, so I entered my billing information and my paypal account. Unfortunately the trial continues to be active and I don't have unlimited space available.
How can I do? Thank you

Space is given when you hit 75% of your quota or if you contact Support.
There isnt ever a time that your plan will say 'unlimited' it will just increase in quota size.

but then every time I reach 75% of the available space, do I have to request it from assistance or is it given to me automatically?
I'm currently at 90% and always have 3Tb...not increasing- MarkSuper User II
It should happen automatically, but support isnt open on a weekend so if you've hit it then it should happen Monday
- Akshat_New member | Level 2I have purchased business plan
And in my profile i see that 2% of space is used from 4TB space and business plan is for unlimited space so, do we get unlimited space?- RichSuper User II

Once you reach a certain amount of space, you'll contact Support for additional increases.
