Can't upgrade to paid plan - page does nothing

I've been trying to upgrade to a paid plan for a few days now.
When I choose the plan, fill in the credit card info, agree to the Dropbox terms, and click PURCHASE the page doesn't let me go to the next step.
No info pops out, the page just stays the same. I tried switching browsers and tried different credit cards and different plans. But no progress.

Hey ANVE22, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Can you check if you're getting any errors when clicking on the "purchase" option?

Also, is it possible to try a different payment method, to see if that helps?

Let me know and we'll go from there.

      Hi,

No error message pops up. The right side of the web page (plan summary) starts to load for a few second and then nothing happens. When I tried with different payment methods the red message shows up: to many attempts – try again in 24h.

Hi Anve22, Our apologies if that has to wait for 24 hours to allow you to purchase the plan again. We are hoping that it should let you purchase the plan already the next time you attempt to purchase. And to make sure that it will not generate an error message again, when you are on the check out page, you will see 2 tick boxes . The first tick box is labeled as " you are purchasing the plan for Business use" and the second tick box is for the Terms and Conditions. Kindly leave the first tick box unchecked and only tick the one under Terms and Conditions. Then you hit on "Purchase" . And hopefully that will go through already.  Hope this helps . 🙂

Clicking on the support link only takes me to an empty box with a perpetual spinning wheel. I think it's time for me to look for a different fax company. No one should have to spend this much time trying to get help only to be asked to click on other links that takes you round and round in circles. As for payment info, it's the same info you have for when we were charged a dollar per fax, so that's not the problem. The problem is your form, not the customer.

ANVE22 Too many unsuccessful attempts to purchase an upgrade will cause that error message. Since 24 hours have passed, please let us know if you're still having problems upgrading.

We need a fax number immediately but can't upgrade our plan from Basic because the dropdown menu for the state's area code doesn't work. Everything else is there for payment info, but the button to submit doesn't work. We sent a request for support yesterday and still haven't heard back. Chat box is giving me a spinning wheel trying to connect me to a sales specialist. I'm tempted to go elsewhere if I don't get a solution TODAY.

I tried to sign up for the Essentials level.  After putting in my card details, I got a message saying I couldn't upgrade due to a "technical detail", but no further clarification.  Since I haven't been upgrade, I have no way to contact support to upgrade or find out what the problem is.

Hi BeaconHigh, let's jump right into this!

What is the current plan you're on?

Also, have you tried switching browsers entirely to see if this helps? If you get the same error when trying a different browser, can you then send me a screenshot of it in order for me to have a visual?

Just make sure none of your personal info is shown there.

      Keep me posted!
