Thanks for using Dropbox! The desktop client is regularly updated with many improvements and fixes including the following:
Features in this update:
- Added messaging during plan changes for certain quota and add-on restrictions.
Fixed in this update:
- Fixed an issue where the onboarding video overlay would vanish before the animation completed.
- Fixed a drive cloning issue that caused sync problems.
- Fixed a OneDrive temporary file issue that impacted syncing.
- Fixed checkbox labels for improved screen reader compatibility.
- Updated the messaging in the folder relocation error for clarity and added a suggestion to restart the user’s computer.

OK, how many years it'll be now since we lost 3rd party access to online-only files? 2, 3, 4?
This is beyond ridiculous... On top of the massive price increase, I have not been able to get a straight answer out of Dropbox...
