Hey MarcoAntonioSc, I just sent you a ticket, in order for us to have a closer look into this!

I have the same problem: when selecting multiple items and right-clicking on them, the only available options are "Online Only / Also Offline" (my OS is in Spanish, so I don't know the exact wording, sorry). It started one week ago aproximately, I guess with the last update.
I'm on Windows 10 Pro 19045.3448

Same issue on my end for the past couple weeks. Very frustrating!

Hey delgatypicturepost - sorry to hear about this.
Could you clarify your device's exact OS version and the version of the Dropbox desktop app installed there?

This is total bull. You've known about this issue since last
September. FIX IT.

Hey michel Salloum, thanks for flagging this with us.
Could you just confirm your device's exact OS version and the version and status of the desktop app as shown in your system tray?
Thanks a bunch!

Hey all!
If you're facing the same issue, can I open a ticket on my end for you, in order for us to have a closer look into this?

Hello,
I am experiencing the same problem with one of my users (I have Dropbox Standard with 6 licenses).
From time to time, the "Send a copy" option of the right-click menu disappears, for no apparent reason. Uninstalling/reinstalling the software, rebooting, and all the other usual methods do not bring it back. It just magically appears one day and disappears the next.Any ideas? We have Windows 10 Pro, version 22H2, OS build 19045.3448, 64-bit OS.

Sorry to hear about this, PopM.
Can you let us know which version of the Dropbox app you're using and what the sync status is?
You can see this info, when hovering over your Dropbox icon.
- David L.160Explorer | Level 3I have been in contact with support weeks ago. Their response was that their engineers were aware of the problem and are working on it. However, I still have no resolution.

I am having the same issue! The "Send a copy" is only in the dropdown menu when you right click folders, but if you right click a file, it does not give you the option to "Send a Copy." This is something I use daily and one of the only reasons I use Dropbox. For the past few months every week on Mondays I have issues with it disappearing. Normally uninstalling and reinstalling works but this week it didn't. It's becoming an inconvenience, and I may have to switch file transfer software if it doesn't get fixed.
I am running Dropbox 199.4.6287 and Windows 10 Pro

Hey CLoeffler2 - thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you please send us a screenshot of the options you get when you right click on your files in the Dropbox folder and let us know if you've tried rebooting your computer and quitting and relaunching the app as well?
Is the app 'up to date' by the way or syncing perhaps?
Any additional information is more than welcome!

I've restarted my computer.
I've uninstalled the application, restarted my computer, reinstalled the application,
I've uninstalled the application, cleared the registry, restarted my computer, re downloaded the software.
The first picture shows right clicking on the folder and the "Send a copy" option appears, but not when I click on an individual file(the second picture).
