Hi there gregorio_escalada, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please clarify if you're using a web browser to upload the file or the mobile app instead?
Have you tried clearing the cache on your browser or the mobile app to see if that helps?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

This is the sequence. In the dropbox app the file is in red, with a message that "The file cannot be upload. The account...". Then I have the option to retry, and I get a notification of the dropbox account is full, and the same first situation.

Hello again. I've installed a file manager in the mobile, and I have found the blocked file. The Dropbox app was right, the video is 8GB large, so I don't have space enough in my account. Thank you for your time, and sorry for the problem. Have a nice day
