I am sending photos to my graphic designer for my book. On the right side of my photo, I am typing information about the photo that he needs to see. When he receives the photo, the comments are not visible. What do I need to do to make the comments visible to him? My email address is [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines]
Hey @Victoria334 - thanks for the additional information and sorry to jump in.
Could you please ask your graphic designer to try another browser and let us know if they still get the same results?
If they do, we'd appreciate a screenshot of what they see so that we can have a visual too.

Hey @Victoria334! Thanks for posting on our Community.
Can you send me one screenshot of what you see on your end, and one more of what the other party sees?

Screenshot above. The photo is on the left and comments in the box on the right. I have typed comments on each photo for him to see. He only sees the photo and no comments. There must be something on my end I need to do for him to see the comments I have typed.
Thanks for the screenshot! Has he clicked on the Comments button on the top right corner?
If not, then the comments section won’t appear at all on his screen.

There isn't one.
Has he tried a different browser/incognito window, as well? If yes, I’d like a screenshot of what he sees, to look into this further.

He's been a graphic designer for decades and has never had these problems with Dropbox. This is what he said:
Yes I can see the little comment icon, but it is inactive. If I click on it I’m asked to sign in, but when I try to enter my password it vanishes (BTW I’m already signed in anyway!)

Okay, I will do that and let you know. Thank you for your help. I have done three other books with him using Dropbox and have never had problems like this before.
