On my iPad, I could not sign in to dropbox and use it as I have been for the last several years. I kept getting a spinning circle telling me it was trying to sign out. I close the app, then reopened it, same thing it would not log out so I could log back in again.
I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now it will not allow me to log back in. It says my provided user information is not valid.
I know I have the email and password correct I used it on another device.
Any known issues?

I'm sorry to have wasted everyone's time, as it turns out it was a problem with my password program. I fixed it and can login.

The App Store stated it was compatible with the iPad before I installed it.
It should work....
Have you tried to delete the app, reboot and press and hold the side buttons till Apple icon appears and then reinstall?

Just tried, same message, "sign in failed. The provided user information is invalid."
Hey @Rob S.47 - could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?
Also, what is the exact OS version of your iPad? Have you made sure that you're not hitting your account's device limit if you're on the Basic plan?

Hey @Rob S.47, are you trying to sign in manually with your Dropbox email and password, or are you signing in with Google/Apple?
If you open a browser and go to dropbox.com, are you able to sign in the same way?
