Hi there melvinlim - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to our Community!
You should be able to achieve what you had in mind by following these steps.
If you need access to any folders that are located in your work account, you'll need to share them with your personal account once you swapped email addresses between your accounts.
I hope this helps!

Hello Walter
thank you for the link earlier,
i'm actually not using Dropbox team, just that this individual account is currently using my work email address to log in..
i was thinking of switching this Dropbox Plus subscription over to the Dropbox account that is linked to my gmail account
hope this makes sense what i'm trying to do..

The same steps apply in that case as well melvinlim (you'll be doing this via the settings page on both accounts).
Just make sure to copy, move or share any content you'll be needing from your work account to your personal one before you swap your email addresses on the accounts and make sure that the 3rd email address you'll be using during the process is not associated with a Dropbox account.
