Scammer created an account using an email that was phished.
A scammer phished an email account of an employee at our office and now has a DropBox account pretending to be her and is emailing our customers from it. They enabled 2 factor auth so we can't log in to stop it.
DropBox appears to be nothing but a brick wall when you need help with this stuff so I'm not sure how to resolve this. There is ZERO support from them if you don't pay for an account, just a bot that is useless for this. What do I do to get this account removed?

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
