Not receiving email for resetting password
Hi Dropbox.
I'm not receiving password reset email (or any emails for that matter).
I've added noreply@dropbox.com to my contacts, and triplechecked, that my email address is correct, but nothing...

From your description, I presume you’ve also checked your email’s spam folder, correct?
If yes, then I suggest contacting our support team directly, and they’ll further assist. Here’s how you can do this.
Please also send me your ticket number here, after you've logged a ticket with them.
