Need DropBox support to unblock an email. It's not getting any emails from Dropbox

I created a ticket and reached out a few days ago.

Ticket#23203443

We can't access our account because this is an admin account. How does Dropbox expect you to update a billing issue if you need to login to do so, and no phone number to call or fix?

    How long ago was it logged? Replies arent processed over weekends. 

     

    Also, there IS phone support - your admin can get it at www.dropbox.com/support

    Can they log in via the desktop software on any device?
