Login Access code going to an old email
authorisation code is being sent to an old email address - the primary email - which is no longer accessible. The account does have a secondary email - can the code be sent to the secondary email?

Hey 1895rugby, welcome to our Community.
Unfortunately, there's no way to send this email to your secondary address.
Do you have any devices already linked/logged in to this account perhaps?
Keep me posted.

Hi omarjhorta, do you have access to the old email, or any way to recreated it?
- Krdh2 years agoNew member | Level 2How can I log in to a Dropbox account for which the email address is now inactive. To be clear, the address does not work and cannot be reactivated. Dropbox asks me to enter a code sent to this nonexistent address. surely this situation arises occasionally, yet dropbox seems to have no procedure to address it. I have the userID (email address) and password.
Any workaround would be much appreciated.
