I've closed my old email address, so I can no longer access my Dropbox account.

I cancelled my old email address. I am sure I still have files stored on that account.

I cannot get answers from Dropbox support even though i have had a paid member ship for 15 years. I no longer need that paid membership since i am retiring.

    You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
