When you joined the Business team account you merged your account into theirs, effectively making them the owner of your account. In order to leave the team and keep your account, the team admin needs to convert your account back to an individual account. If they just remove you from the team it results in the deletion of your account.
It sounds like you were removed from the team and your account was deleted. You need to contact the team admin and ask them to restore your account. Act quickly because they only have seven days from the deletion to restore the account.
If it's already been more than seven days since you were removed from the team, the team admin will not be able to restore your account. If that's the case, ask them if they saved the files that were in the account. If they did, they can share them with you so you can add them to a new account.
