    Which platform do you use when trying to sign into your account? Do you use our desktop app, mobile app or website?

     

    Do you get any errors at all?

      Hi Megan,

      I used you website. At first, i tried to login and the 6digit code never sent to me.
      Afterwards, i changed my password (because it was weak and i thought maybe that was the problem).
      Now, I can not log in because it said "invalid email or password".

        Hey Desp, can you try to reset your Dropbox password from this page, but using a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?
