I lost access to my Gmail account and I don't receive my recovery email
I lost my mobile phone with [removed per Community Guidelines] gmail account so I recover but not recovery email please solve my problem thank you so much

Can you send over more info on the issue you’re having?
From what I understand, you’re unable to access your Dropbox account on your phone. Correct? If yes, can you access your Gmail account from another device, like a computer for example?
Also, are you being asked for a Dropbox one-time code by any chance?

Similar issue. I lost my Dropbox and over a decade's worth of work -- including my graduate thesis work, all my freelance work, my portfolio, my resumes, my tax returns going back years. Very frustrating. Apparently Gmail had become disconnected from my custom URL and DB tried to email but obviously did not go through. And since I didn't use DB much over the last year, I didn't know that any of this was happening. Frustrating that DB only has one contact method. I will be switching to services where I have more than one connection and contact with -- iCloud and Drive.
