I have restored my email account - how can I have my files restored to my Dropbox?
I have restored my email account and need to have my files restored to my account so I can access them. I have been unsuccessfull.

Hi gjdarr1954, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.

You need to provide more information before anyone will know how best to help you.
What was the original issue? Were you unable to sign in to your account because you lost the email, and now you have the email back? Have you tried signing in to the account now that you have your email back? If so, what happens? etc.
