I don't have the code to access my second Dropbox account and my files are nowhere to be found.
I tried to log in today and there are no files. I think I have 2 accounts and I was paying 11.99 a month for the service now I don't see a recent charge. There might have been a billing issue, (or te...

Thanks for posting here, 19666. Let’s have a look into this.
First things first, it sounds indeed like you’re currently signed in to the wrong Dropbox account, since you can no longer see your files.
The other Dropbox account that you mention, do you happen to have any devices currently linked to it? If yes, I’d like you to check their Notifications section; the one-time code may be located there, too.
Let me know how it goes and we’ll take it from there.

Hello,
Thanks so much for getting back to me. Yes, there is an account that I must have opened in the past using free [removed per Community Guidelines] / the paid account I need is [removed per Community Guidelines]. (I cannot access the email) My recent billing may have an account number in it. (see below) I tried using a different browser. If I stop payment will someone call me? [removed per Community Guidelines]. I think they will just email me at the old address.

Thanks for the extra info, 19666! Just to clarify regarding the Dropbox account that’s linked to your paid subscription, do you have any devices that are currently signed in to it?
If you do, I’d like you to check their Notifications section; the code that you mentioned in your original post may have been sent there, too. In this case, you could use it to log in to your account again.
Keep me posted for any updates.
