Unfortunately, once an account has been deleted, neither the account nor the files in it can be recovered.

It doesn't matter that you created a new account with the same address. If you're briefly seeing the files then it's probably just cached in your browser and when the page changes it's updating to show you the actual content in your account.
If the account was deleted, it's not possible to recover anything that was in it.
