Enterprise account retrieval & how to gain access?

We have an enterprise account with dropbox that has been cancelled by the previous employee is no longer with the company. If we have the employee's email address access. Will I be able to login to the dropbox account even if it has been cancelled or deleted by the employee? The Dropbox account is still active with other members with "view only access" so we know that the dropbox account is still active.

Hey iBorgiey, welcome to our Community!

If I understand the situation correctly, it sounds like you have a Business plan, that the previous employee of yours was the admin of this Team, is that correct?

If not, feel free to clarify.

Even if the plan was cancelled, you should be able to access the account, provided that you have the account's credentials. Can you give it a go?

Let me know of the results!

Thank you Megan for the response.

That is correct it is a business account. I will speak with our IT team with the email address retrieval and update the thread about the result.

      Thanks and Regards.
