Dropbox Login Problem - Should I be concerned?

I couldn't log into Dropbox today. The email used for login is different. I don't remember changing it.
Instead of Email_1, it is Email_2.
When I tried to sign in, it asked me for a PIN.
My original account under Email_1 is gone.
I changed my password.  Is there anything else I should do with Email_1 and Email_2.
How do I get rid of the PIN, because I don't remember using the vault or setting it.

Thanks very much for your help

Hi OccasionalUser, let's jump right into this!

You mentioned that the email you saw when trying to log-in was different. Is it possible that you have two separate Dropbox accounts?

How did you change your password, without access to the account itself?

Give me some more info, and I'll be happy to have a closer look into this!

Sorry, I don't remember this, but maybe I did it when adding another Apple device.

Probably migrated my account and created a PIN at the same time.  I actually wrote the PIN down somewhere.  So all is well.

      Thanks!
