Yes - as soon as you became part of the Business Team they took complete control of everything to do with it - including deleting the account etc.
As long as it was deleted within the past 7 days you can get them to restore it and then remove you from the team, however, only they can do that. If its over 7 days I'm afraid its not recoverable.

- KyleE12 years agoNew member | Level 2Wow, that’s crazy they have the ability to do that despite not owning the account. Guess I lost years worth of files then as it has been more than 7 days. Good to know though as I know to never use Dropbox again so I can avoid this insanity that will likely cost me thousands of dollars.
