Hi Graphics MWI
Thats a shared folder, and no, once an account is deleted all records/data etc. on that are totally removed.
The only way to resolve now is to set up a new shared folder and add everybody in again.

Hi Graphics MWI
Is this a paid for Dropbox business account?
I believe the only way to do it is for another Admin on the account to set you back up.

Here is a screenshot from my boss's account. Everyone can view the files, but only my account is the owner with full access. Is there a way to restore my account with its original files as these files still exist?

We use DropBox for file transfers and temporary file holding so this solution will be fine. It's frustrating that only business team accounts can be recovered after being deleted, but we will survive.

Even business team accounts can't be recovered once they're deleted.
A team member can be recovered by the team admin if the account was removed in the last seven days, and that's only because the account isn't actually deleted. It's removed from the team and inaccessible, but it doesn't actually get deleted until seven days later. Once that seven days has passed, not even Dropbox can recover the account.
