Without access to the email address or a device logged in there is no way to recover it. All you can do is contact support and ask them to stop future payments.
You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums , and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

I need to access and old Dropbox account. I know the email/username and the password but when I try to log in, it sends a code to the email and I no longer have access to that email. How can I access my documents?

Hey MKendle, thanks for reaching out to our Community.
Generally, if you don't have access to the email address, there's not much we can do to help you regain access to the Dropbox account linked to it.
Is it possible that you might have any devices linked to that account, that might have received the 6 digit code notification?
Or is it perhaps possible to regain access to the email address?
