I cant reset it because the email address is business and not available anymore to email servers.

I have the same problem. I remember the password to the account but it expired and I no longer have access to the gmail account because it got deleted and I now have new devices so I have no access to any previous devices. I can provide pictures to confirm that I am the onwer of the account.
Please help get to my previous account

I have another Dropbox account with very important photos of a trip I took with someone who is no longer with us and I cannot access them. The email that I used, I don't have access to anymore, and I don't have access to the old phone number either. Please help me get back to my old Dropbox account. I've even signed up with this new account right now to pay so I can hopefully have access to my cherished photos again. Please help.

Sorry to hear about this, rickyx1313.
When was the last time you accessed this account? Could it be more than 12 months?
And is your password also expired on that account, do you remember receiving such an email at any point?
- Kenville2 years agoNew member | Level 2I am having the same issue! Email used is deactivated so no longer have access to my account. Is there a way to gain access as it asking to enter 6 digits to verify account.
