Deactivate file request upload notification

Hi everyone,

I created a link for file request, where people can upload images and stuff. Now, every time someone uploads a file, I get a notification via e-mail. So my inbox is now flooded with mails. My problem is, that I can’t find the option to deactivated the notification in the settings. I already unticked all options in the notification settings, but without any changes.

Is there an easy solution to stop the notification or do I need to find another method to have the file sent to me?

Thanks in advance.

There is no option to disable that particular notification. If you don't want to see the emails, create a rule in your mailbox that automatically archives or deletes them.

I think the option to disable the file request upload notification needs to be implement. I can change notifications for just about everything else, but not this? I shouldn't have to create a mail rule just so I don't have to see them. I don't want them at all. Plus this feature has been requested for years and still nothing. If this could please be implement that would be great!
