Can't login on my PocketBook

The thing is, the dropbox app on the pocketbook is pre-installed. It seems to function properly. When opening the app, I am directed to the DropBox website to login but nothing is displayed on the DropBox website. The webpage is totally blank, while I should be able to log in!

In that case, you can try another browser or even reaching out to Pocketbook's support for further assistance customer

I just saw this issue on a newly bought PocketBook InkPad Lite. Going to the Settings, installing the latest update and restarting the device (by holding the power button for > 12s) solved the issue of the infinite spinning wheel being shown when attempting to sign in.
