Upgraded the incorrect Dropbox account. What can I do?
I accidentally upgraded the wrong account. My business account is dormant and has expired but has all my folders in it, my personal account which is Gmail is empty. Now I have an empty Dropbox plus account. ( which is the downgrade I am going for from Business) How can I apply the payment ( yearly ) and email to my old Business account? is that even possible? I cannot access the folders to send them to myself in the other account as they are too large and the account is not active. I don't need the business account anymore I just want the Dropbox Plus? what do you suggest?
I did email dropbox but as of 48 hours later still no reply......please help
Hi Natsbar
Without downloading and moving everything around I don't think there is anything you can do.
You can swap emails on accounts which would move the emails to what you need, but, not the data - that would need to be via a share.
Dropbox support usually takes a few days and that's Monday through Friday only.

Thank you, Mark, much appreciated your reply, and I will try to share it to my Google account.
