Hello, I have been encountering a Drop Box problem for a few months, I have been taken from a Business offer that does not exist.
A few months ago, I took a business trial offer (with first month free) and then I started to be charged. So far, so good.
But when I wanted to cancel, I couldn't find my invoices or my Business offer anywhere, I was still on a free basic offer.
I couldn't find a solution to cancel so I deleted my account in July.
And here I am again debited from € 19.99 in August for a non-existent account. I can not find any solution to stop this, I had to create a new account to send you this message. Can someone help me please.

Is there any change that you have two Dropbox accounts?
