Refunds are only issued where legally required Lamikaball86 . You can get all info at https://help.dropbox.com/plans/refund and if needed contact support at www.dropbox.com/support.

Did you read the articles listed?
You will also need to contact Dropbox for an official answer, but, as has been said they only issue where there is a legal obligation to do so.
