Dropbox has been charging my PayPal account, but I haven't used the service.
I did not subcribe to you but you have been charging me without my knowledge for the past 3 years! I noticed the amount that cost me RM 500++ charging on 29.10.2024. I will not stop asking for refund...

I stand by my claim that I am illegally charged. ... I did not upgraded anything with DropboxMark is correct. Dropbox can't charge you if you didn't give them your payment information. Either you started a trial account and failed to cancel it, or your PayPal account is being used by someone else.
If you're certain that you never gave Dropbox your payment information, then someone else has and you should be contacting PayPal as well.

PayPal can only pay the service if you give it the credentials to do so. More than likely you forgot to cancel a trial.
If you DIDNT do that then its PayPal you need to talk to as your account has been compromised, however, waiting 3 years is a really really long time!
www.dropbox.com/support is who you need to talk to around the account etc.

I won`t be complaining here if Paypal can easily cancelled my payment. Unfortunately paypal asked users to contact Dropbox! And I can`t even find cancellation button. What kind of scam is this? I don`t care if dropbox used to be legal but now it seems taking money illegally without the user friendly button to cancel subscriptions! And deleting an account is NOT cancelling subscription
