unable to restore purchase

There's a free trial right now and somehow I'm still charged for the upgrade. But I also cannot access my new space, keeps saying I need to upgrade, and when I go to restore my purchase it says (NSURLError Domain Error 409.)

I bought a pro subscription and it processed payment through the App Store and shows I paid. But in the Dropbox app it doesn’t show my updated subscription and keeps asking me to upgrade for more storage. I keep clicking restore purchases and it comes up with this error message: Unable to Restore Purchases
    The operation couldn't be completed.
    (NSURLErrorDomain error 409.)

Hello- I am on an iPhone and subscribed to the 2TB storage - account was charged but my Dropbox will not upgrade and says I’m still a basic account. I’ve tried to restore purchase via Wi-Fi and cellular data and I get the error code 409 as well. Please let me know what I can do to make my account sync to the plan I’ve purchased.

Hi ltg444, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Are you on a stable and reliable WiFi network?

Could you try connecting to cellular data to restore the purchases?

This will help me to assist further!

Hey ltg444, sorry to jump in here.

Can I actually reach out to you via email, so we can look into this internally?

It notified me that my storage was full so I tapped to upgrade and chose the $11.99 per month Plus option. But there is a free 30 day trial so I shouldn’t be getting charged, which I haven’t, but it just keeps putting me through this loop of telling me I need to upgrade and then telling me I’m already subscribed to the plus but then still telling me that I need to upgrade. Meanwhile, I can’t upload any more photos because it saying it’s full. I tried the chat option, but that didn’t get me anywhere. Is there anyone that can help me figure this out?
