Trying to cancel subscription and want to talk to a human.
Hi,
I've been charged 9.99 for a couple of years now to my credit card and the transaction has no details apart from 9.99 a month from drop box.
I can't seem to find where to talk to an actual pe...

18 days agoYou need to log a ticket via www.dropbox.com/support while not logged in - even to here. So, try and use an incognito window.
However, if nothing shows up check payment isn't via an app store (GooglePlay or similar) as if it is you need to cancel there,
