I've canceled my subscriptions, but money is still being taken out
I have canceled my subscriptions twice already and it continues to take money from my account.

First I would use the credit card charge lookup tool to verify that the account you're being charged for is the one you cancelled. If you recognize the account and it's different, you can sign in to that account and cancel the subscription.
If it's the account you already cancelled or you don't recognize the account, you'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
