I need to cancel a subscription I can't access as I'm being asked for a code I can't get.

I have 2 dropbox accounts. I am unable to sign into my other dropbox account as the email address is from a workplace I am no longer at, I no longer have access to it. I have forgotte...

I have seen similar posts in the Community forums. Is there a way to get the 2-step authentication emails sent to my current email attached to this dropbox account instead and simply log in from there and cancel it?

The only way to get the issue resolved is, as Rich said, via Support.
They will probably just cancel payments for you instead of giving access to the account.
