Cancel subscription from old email address, that I no longer have access to.

I have an old premium subscription account that is set up under an email address from a previous employer. I no longer have access to this email account, but would like to cancel this account I am charged for annually.

Hi JNS0706, let's jump right into this!

Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?

You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

    Let me know more!

I have tried this multiple times and it did not work.

Once I open the link in an incognito tab, it prompts me to the help center or community which doesn't resolve the issue.

Also attempted to search for my invoice using billing ID, CC last 4 digits and expiration date and that doesn't work either.

        This is ridiculous.
