Query subscription

There's a dropbox charge on our company credit card,It is possible that one of the departing colleagues tied the company credit card to deduct the fee.Where to check the debit email? Or which mailbox is bound to the deduction.I looked for support, sent an email, and didn't hear back for a few days.

    If you have a charge that you don't recognize, you can use our payment lookup tool.

     

    This will let you know which email address is associated with the subscription.

     

    When you sent the email to our support team, did you receive an automated response with a ticket number? If so, please send that along, so I can look into it for you.

      I use lookup fool ,This order was not found。
