Need help with an account I'm being charged for even though I have the Basic plan

Hi.  I keep getting charged $21.31 a month for dropbox and I was not sure why because everytime i check my account, it shows that I have the free basic plan.  This is quite frustrating because I don't even use dropbox and I'm being charged for it, then it's hard to even get in contact with anyone because when you have the basic plan, your options to communicate are limited.  Can someone please help?

    Does the transaction have Apple or Google listed in it as well, or does it only show Dropbox? If it's only Dropbox, use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account that you're being charged for.
