Can I find out when I signed up for a Dropbox plan and how to get a refund?
I don't recall signing up for Dropbox, but my Mastercard has been charged $119.58. I would like to know when I signed up and how to get a refund because I can't afford to have this money taken from my account monthly.

Dropbox cannot charge you if you didnt give it your card info. My guess is you signed up for a trial but didnt cancel it. Use https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge to look up what account you upgraded and then log on and cancel it.
Note that refunds are only issued where legally required. However, that fee shouldn't be a monthly one but annually. https://help.dropbox.com/plans/refund
