Monthly $12 Billing for a Plan I Don’t Have

How exactly should I do that? I see the option to view a credit card charge, but it requires a 12 digit transaction ID, but all my charges have an 11 digit transaction ID. I’m going to contact my bank again about this, but they initially said this was a Dropbox issue
