I've been charged for a Dropbox plan, even though I only selected a trial.
I've received a message from my bank app saying that ive paid 200€ for a suscription in Dropbox, but ive never made that payment, i only used the free trial but my free subscription ends tomorrow so i dont understand where this payment comes from. Anyone knows a telefon number or something to contact Dropbox? Thanks

- Mario MolinaExplorer | Level 3Yes, i cancelled the trial, i wish i could upload an image of that, but i cant, when i go to the page of suscriptions in my iphones settings appears the sentence "this suscription is cancelled" and then says the suscription ends the 26 of August

If the charge came from Apple, then you'll need to contact Apple for assistance as Dropbox won't have access to your payment information.
