I've been charged 11.99 USD for an unknown Dropbox account.
Charged 11.99 USD on my card, that is not linked to a dropbox account.
When I try to search where the charge came from and enter the last four digits and expiry date, it still doesn't work.
Someone got access to my credit card somehow and started a reaccuring subscription?

Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has and you should be contacting your bank first.
After that, you'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Ive tried to get billing support and it keeps taking me to random pages. There is nowhere to actually try to call or contact someone. I tried emailing and got a BS this email isn't monitored "try this" response. To which, once again, didn't give me any info or work.
Just wanted a number or email to call to ask them who charged my card.
The card I already cancelled and my old dropbox account that was full and was not being used is deleted.
