I'm paying £95 a year for an account I do not own
Does anybody know how to contact dropbox about this issue? There is no way to speak to an actual person!

If you did not give Dropbox your card details then you need to contact your card company not Dropbox as somebody has compromised your card. If they do it here with Dropbox they'll do it with other products.
