It sounds like you’re being logged in to the wrong Dropbox account.
If you check your bank statement, is there a 12-digit transaction ID linked to your Dropbox charges? If yes, please insert it in this page and try to log in to Dropbox with the same email address.
What happens if you do so? Can you access and cancel your paid plan then?

Yes, I was logging into the wrong account. Turns out my account is under my old jobs email, that I have no way of recovering, or getting a passcode. How can I cancel the account that can't log in?
