Have you by any chance tried to contact our support team about this?
If so, please let us know your ticket ID so that we can look it up in our system.
If not, just give us a nudge here and we'll send you an email to the email address that's connected to your profile here, on our Community to have a further look internally.

I used Dropbox only 1 day and I forgot to cancel my subscription. After the trial period ended, I was charged with 199 euros.

Hello, I have the same problem. I only signed up for a free basic subscription and did a trial which asked for my credit card number. Now I see a very recent $180 charge that I did not authorize. I would like to get my credit card refunded and stay with the free basic subscription since I do not use or need anything more than the basic subscription. Thank you

Hi arndeb, thanks for posting here!
Have you tried contacting our Support directly?
Just make sure that you visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, and using an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, make sure to send me the ticket number reference.

Hi Hannah,
I have a similar issue. I have my dropbox account on personal email. a separate dropbox account opened mistakenly by another email and a subscription activated. Can i get a refund by canceling the plan.
