I paid for this year, and my dropbox still not reflect the change after I made payment.
No customer support to reach for my issue, so trouble.

I paid $11.99 on Sept 20th and my account is now saying i don't have enough storage space even though the $11.99 plan should be more than adequate. Does the monthly subscription go 30 Days from when purchased or by end of the month? Of course I can't get anyone from Dropbox support to handle since they consider me a non paying customer

Are you sure you upgraded your current account and didn't end up creating a new one? Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account that you're paying for.
Of course I can't get anyone from Dropbox support to handle since they consider me a non paying customerYou can still contact Support for a billing issue. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
