I paid for an upgrade to Dropbox Plus, but I'm still on the Basic plan

Could you please clarify if you upgraded via the website directly or maybe via the app store on a mobile device?
If it's the former, have you tried using our self-served look-up tool to find the email address that's associated with your charge?
Is it an exact match with the one you see in your account's settings?
