I paid for an upgrade but have not received it
I recently paid £95.99 to upgrade my account to Dropbox plus for a year. The money has been taken from my account but my Dropbox has not upgraded, nor did I receive a confirmation email of the purchase.
Dropbox says I can’t email or call support unless I upgrade (which I’ve already paid for).
This is now my only option in an attempt to contact Dropbox to either get my money back or upgrade my account.

Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?
Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?
This will help me to assist further!

The page says “no payment or billing history”.
I paid directly on the Dropbox website. My account statement says I was charged by Dropbox.

It sounds like the payment was made on another account.
Could you try using the card lookup tool to locate the account which was upgraded?
