I paid for an upgrade but have not received it
I recently paid £95.99 to upgrade my account to Dropbox plus for a year. The money has been taken from my account but my Dropbox has not upgraded, nor did I receive a confirmation email of the purcha...

The page says “no payment or billing history”.
I paid directly on the Dropbox website. My account statement says I was charged by Dropbox.

It sounds like the payment was made on another account.
Could you try using the card lookup tool to locate the account which was upgraded?
